The Belize Virtual Expo (“Event”) is provided by the Belize Tourism Board (BTB).

BTB uses the services of third-party vendors, including a video streaming service and a virtual hosting provider, to facilitate access to the Event. BTB may provide your name, company, and email address listed on your Event registration to hosting providers as needed to facilitate your access to the Event. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the virtual hosting provider in order to access the virtual platform for the Event.

• Opt in to allow BTB to collect and hold your data for the purpose of registering and participating in the Virtual Expo event and upon completion of the event – BTB will securely dispose of the data.
• Opt in to allow BTB to collect and hold your data for the purpose of registering and participating in the Virtual Expo event and upon completion of the event hold your data for a period of 12 months to keep them informed of future initiatives, events, marketing opportunities and FAM trips.
