Want to dive deep into the largest reef in the Northern Hemisphere? Here’s a suggested itinerary to help you see just some of the best dive spots Belize has to offer.

DAY ONE

Arrive in Belize City in the afternoon, take the San Pedro ferry (1.5 hours) or a quick flight (15 minutes) to Caye Caulker. Get settled in to your place, explore San Pedro and grab some authentic Belizean food.

DAY TWO

Take all day to dive in and explore the Great Blue Hole with a guide. Return early evening and take in all the sights, sounds and tastes of San Pedro.

DAY THREE

Take a guided trip and dive at Turneffe Atoll. Return early afternoon and take it easy the rest of the day.

DAY FOUR

Take an early flight to Placencia. Do an all-day reef dive at Silk Cayes. Stay for the night and explore the local beach-front restaurants, gelato and Placencia sidewalk.

DAY FIVE

Take an early flight back from Placencia to Belize City and fly home from there.
