This gated residence offers 2 air conditioned levels (not connected) each comprised of 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, respectively offering full kitchens, living rooms and a veranda or patio. And you have the choice of renting just one, or renting both floors. Either way, you can be sure of your privacy, because if you rent just one floor we will leave the other floor vacant!

Pristine Cove is located approximately 4 miles south of San Pedro Town, the only town located on the island of Ambergris Caye. South Ambergris is one of the remaining areas of the island still unpaved and accessible via old-style hard packed sand streets. An area within reach of San Pedro town via golf cart rental but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to ensure your peace and tranquility. The area of South Ambergris Caye also offers regular Neighbourhood Watch patrols and a police substation.

A small futon is available on each level suitable for a single or child bringing the maximum occupancy of each level up to 5 guests or 10 guests for the total home.

The one-time cleaning fee of $253.13 USD covers the cleaning at departure and one complimentary, mid-stay cleaning. Additional days of housekeeping are as follows and will be charged to your incidental invoice for payment upon departure:
$67.50 USD per day for entire home.
In addition to housekeeping services once during your stay (mid-stay), our home also comes with daily grounds keeping services to keep the beach clean, well groomed, and ready to enjoy. We also offer concierge services for private chefs, snorkeling, diving, adventure tours, inland transfers and shuttle service, golf cart rentals, provisioning, and more! You are getting your own island home, an idyllic private home, but the amenities of a full-service resort to make your vacation perfect.
