Pelican Perch

This is a unique property on the Placencia peninsula. It is a three bedroom home on the ocean with lots of open plan living space. This is a fenced, gated property with mature trees, including Coconut trees, Mangoes, Seagrape, Cocoplum and more. The gardens lead down to the beach, and out onto the dock, which has its own palapa at the end. There are steps that can be lowered into the water allowing easy access for swimming and playing around in the sea. There is a dishwasher, 36inch Frigidaire oven, stainless steel/cast iron stove top, fridge/freezer plus a separate full freezer. All crockery and cookware is also provided. There is plenty of workspace for preparation, including a separate island. The lounge area has an abundance of seating, including two sofas that convert to double sleepers. The dining and living areas have panoramic windows and doors opening onto the wraparound porch. There are table and chairs out here for you to enjoy the seabreeze and the views. In addition to the huge porch, there is also a screened in porch with a second dining area, bench and hammock – a perfect spot to spend the afternoons. The custom designed stairs lead to a den area that can be used as an play area or office area. Skylights that can open provide light and air. The master bedroom is also on the upper level, with king bed, private deck and ensuite bathroom.
