Harbour View Cottages
Located adjacent to the coastline where the Belize River meets the Caribbean Sea, by the historic Fort George in Belize City, there you will find a gated oasis, created by Martha and Michelle Williams. This mother and daughter enterprise boasts Om Shanti Belize Yoga Studio, School, Spa & Wellness Center, Martha’s Vegan/Vegetarian Cafe, and the beautiful Harbour View Cottages and Apartments.
The estate, situated on historic Fort Street (near the Belize sign and the Baron Bliss Lighthouse), houses two of exquisite colonial buildings.
The recently constructed fully furnished one-bedroom cottages, (located on the western part of the estate) are replicas of Belize’s Colonial Architecture. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, hardwood floors, individual verandas with hammock ideal for siestas and a table for 2 to enjoy morning coffee, a nightcap before bed or to just enjoy the view of the harbour anytime during the day.

Walking distance to downtown, water taxis to the cayes and beaches, the Museum of Belize, Bliss Center for the Performing Arts, Memorial Park, Baron Bliss Lighthouse, and the Belize Welcome Sign (great for a memorable photo).
Our guests can also enjoy morning or evening walks or runs along the waterfront on Marine Parade. There is easy access the municipal airport and only 10 miles west of Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport.

Our 1 and 2 fully furnished apartments and efficiency studios are located on the eastern part of the estate, surrounded by lush gardens and a sparkling swimming pool.
The newly constructed Harbour View cottages are located on the western part of the estate and include an inviting plunge pool and a garden. Our guests have the option of swimming in either pools.
Partial Sea View 2 Bedrooms Efficiency Studio Apartment:
Located on the eastern part of the estate, is a beautiful 104-year-old colonial house, within this residence is 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds) and 2 bathrooms efficiency studio which can also be locked off as a one bedroom (queen bed) and one-bathroom studio, if needed.
Inclusive of private veranda with an immediate view of the Caribbean Sea, Belize River and the famous Baron Bliss lighthouse.

Harbour View Deluxe Cottages
Located on the west side of the estate are 5 single cottages, each with a view of the Belize River, Caribbean Sea and pool. Each cottage is designed as small replicas of Belizean houses. They boast high ceilings, hardwood floors, king size bed, mini fridge, microwave, cable TV, WIFI, safe and hair dryer. There is a private veranda with a hammock for relaxation and a table where you can sit in the mornings enjoy your coffee and the inviting view the Belize River and harbour. Located in one of the estate’s charming Colonial Building, with high ceilings, polished hardwood floors, huge picture windows, a wraparound verandah that offers a commanding view of the Belize River and the Caribbean Sea and sunsets… Best sunsets on earth! The delicious creative menu and warm and friendly staff awaits you. Menu items include great coffee, tasty meals, vegan/vegetarian options, cold press juices, kombucha, dairy-free smoothies, selected wines and beer.

Check in is at 4:00pm, early check in can be allowed once the room is ready.
Check Out is 11:00am
Our reception hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm. If you are expecting to depart earlier than 8:00am or arrive later than 5:00 pm please let us know so we can make special arrangements.
