Casa Bella Vista is named for its exceptional Caribbean views, so it’s no surprise that it is also built to admire them. Both levels – each, a separate 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental – of this beachfront home (with 75’ of private beachfront!) offer covered patios. There’s also a small beachfront plunge pool and spectacular pier that extends out 300’ to a thatched-roof palapa.
A rooftop deck offers the best of all worlds –360º views of the Caribbean Sea, with sunrises over the planet’s second-largest barrier reef AND kaleidoscopic sunsets over the lagoon. From up here, you can even see our neighboring island of Caye Caulker and the world-famous Hol Chan Marine Reserve!

•Personalized service: After you’ve made your booking, our staff will reach out to you regarding your stay to help with all the necessary arrangements. We can arrange your domestic flights, airstrip transfers, golf cart rentals, grocery provisioning, tours and more. The charges will simply be posted to an incidental account for convenient payment at checkout. Our staff will also meet you upon arrival to welcome you to the home.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Please note that, in addition to the rental rate, there is a one-time cleaning fee of US$281.25. This fee includes the following:
– One mid-stay housekeeping service
– Departure cleaning service
Additional days of housekeeping services can be arranged at a rate of US$45.00/ per day, per level or US$90 per day for the entire house. The cost will be added to your incidental invoice. Additional housekeeping days must be arranged at least one week prior to arrival.
GROUNDS KEEPING:
Our staff will visit your home daily to check on the pool and perform light grounds keeping services.
