The inevitable merging of spirits is a highlight of these celebrations and it is the perfect way to discover the true mode-of-Belize!
Join in the well-choreographed dances of Carnival Road March 2015 as bands adorn themselves in extravagant costumes, engaging all onlookers along the way! It all starts in the morning with “Jouvert”, a street-party FOR ALL through the streets of Belize City (expect to get a little messy with items such as chocolate and paint). Enjoy “Carnival Road March” which starts in the afternoon and can be followed through the principal streets of Belize City.

- Jouvert 2015: Starting and Ending at the San Cas Plaza in Belize City (at 4:00 a.m.)
- Carnival Road March 2015: Starts at Yarborough and Ends at the B.T.L Park on Marine Parade (1:00 p.m.)

Be part of this unique celebration of unity, with the diverse population of Belize!
First organized in 1975 by “The Committee of Forty” to extend the celebratory mode of Belize’s Independence Day and Battle of St. George’s Caye Day celebrations, Carnival remains a top attraction during September!
