*Did you know: If you are participating in any sport fishing activities in Belizean waters, whether catch and release or not, you are required to have a valid sport fishing license? Under the Coastal Zone Management Act (1998) and Sport Fishing Regulations (S.I. 115 of 2009), all anglers who are fishing for leisure or competition must have a valid sport fishing license issued by the Coastal Zone Management Authority and Institute (CZMAI).
